24: Individual idea/outline for a title sequence

For my title sequence idea the genre would be a crime drama. The storyline will be that someone is walking down a street and they start to hear what sound like a fight. They then causously walk towards the sound and they see someone laying face down on the floor, they then look up to see someone running off into the distance. There is going to be a detective like character who is the witness to the first crime and the murderer who lives in close proximity to the whitness.
